Blair Macpherson did an excellent job of first determining the specifics of what we were looking for. He then showed us properties in different areas of the island that met our needs. Ultimately we chose a project that the developer was constructing the spec house and the other villas would be the same. We decided this location had everything we were looking for. Blair helped us through the process of submitting our bids and ultimately purchasing the property. He also reassured us of the reputation of the developer and more importantly the contractors. I will caution buyers that building a house on the island is not as quick and efficient as it is in the US or Canada. It is difficult to get sub-contractors that deliver the highest quality product you may be used to. For this reason, you want to have the best contractors and a developer that truly cares about quality. You can’t be in a rush or you will get an inferior product. Our house was bring built during the COVID shipping delays and shortages , it was over 2 years being built . During this time Blair would stop by the project and send me pictures. He even reached out to the developer and builder initially for answers and to make sure I had direct access to them.
I was very pleased with my experience dealing with Blair Macpherson. I think he is very knowledgeable , he really cares about doing the best job possible, and he remained fully accessible and helpful long after the sale. I highly recommend Blair if you are considering buying in Turks and Caicos.

Fell in love with Turks. Have been going there a couple of times a year for the past fifteen years. We finally decided to buy and were referred to Blair. We thought we knew the island well but nothing compared to his knowledge. He spent quite a bit of time with us to understand our preferences to help find the perfect piece of property. He took the time to take us to view quite a large catalog of property, pointing out advantages and disadvantages of certain areas, such as the high winds on the south shore or the beach erosion problem in Leeward. We decided to purchase on Gracebay and build. No surprise that everything takes much longer than stateside to get completed. Long after the sale, Blair would still drive by the house, take pictures of the progress and send the updates to us. I’ve never had a realtor go above and beyond like this. Cannot recommend him highly enough. We love our place and many thanks to Blair.
