Many years ago Blair helped us find our perfect island getaway, and there was no doubt we would look to RE/MAX again when it came time to purchase an additional property. It was during this process that we had the opportunity to work with Thomas Waite. Due to living off island it was imperative that Thomas be someone we could trust to listen to our needs and count on to best represent us. He did just that – and more. Thomas was exceptional throughout the process, someone who proved his capabilities from the moment we started working together and from start to finish our confidence in him never wavered. He was always available, never hesitating to answer our questions or provide updates no matter how busy his schedule. I don’t want to imagine how different our experience could have been had we gone with anyone else, and I can say with absolutely no hesitation that Thomas Waite is the person you want on your team for all thing’s real estate. Having done business directly with the RE/MAX Real Estate Group Turks and Caicos I'm comfortable providing a positive review. Over an 18 month period my family searched through the Caribbean looking for an investment/vacation home opportunity. We visited several areas including the US Virgin Islands (St. Johns), the Mayan Riviera in Mexico (Mayakoba region) and Belize before settling on the Turks and Caicos. Much of the reason had to do with the overall beauty of the area, the safety of the island and the openness of the people of Provo to welcome us as neighbors. However the tipping point was the comfort and professionalism that we received from our RE/MAX representative, Blair Macpherson. His knowledge of the market and the island coupled with his interest in our needs and meeting them were a big part of our decision to invest in the Turks and Caicos. If you are looking for professionalism, honesty and end results when it comes to Real Estate in TCI the RE/MAX Real Estate Group should be your next stop.

Grace Beach is truly the most beautiful beach in the world and if you love the water this is your place. Turks and Caicos is truly a "diamond in the rough" in the Caribbean.
