Not knowing the island very well, we were nervous about choosing the perfect property for us. We had our first meeting and knew immediately that we had chosen the perfect person to help us choose our new home away from home. Blair has extensive knowledge of the island and made us feel so comfortable. He was so generous and patient. His biggest concern was that we make the right decision for us. Which is so refreshing!!!! My wife & I met Blair McPherson in 2004 & bought our dream condo that we still live in five months a year. We bought two more condos from Blair & his partner Woody & made out very selling them. My husband and I have sold two house with Blair MacPherson. The first house was our first building project together, our sanctuary, our pride and joy. We were married there and had a great deal of sentimental attachment to the place so wanted to be sure it went to really wonderful new owners who would care for it properly. Blair found those owners and really helped us through the process. Our second house sold after only five weeks on the market! Blair knows the importance of quality over quantity, you can be rest assured all of his listings have unique offerings in the Turks and Caicos Islands.
