I recently purchased a property on the island and Grace Lappin went above and beyond by providing me with additional information about the neighborhoods and pointing out things that I haven't previously considered. She gave me advice on matters which were beyond her job description and was always quick to respond, despite the time difference. While away, she made sure to have Thomas handle the matters to ensure there was no disruption in my search for a property.
