Blair has been in real estate in TCI for over twenty years and knows all the ins and outs of buying and selling here. He seems to know absolutely everybody in the business as well as the best people in all the related services...legal, finance, inspection, survey, etc. He is also intimately knowledgeable about all the types of real estate in TCI and knows the back story, history and owners of most properties.
Blair combines this formidable knowledge base with an extremely hard working style. Lots of long hours and energy and he's totally direct, helpful, open and friendly.

When i came down, i had little time so many units to visit were pre-identified to make the process efficient. Once decided to buy, Blair made it easy whether with negotiations, offer process or connections to notary/legal and inspections - all proved reliable and professional so quality network too.
