I purchased two properties thru Thomas Waite at Remax on Turks and Caicos, as an experienced real estate investor I have dealt with many realtors. I have to say Thomas the best Ive ever dealt with. He not only spent his time to show me properties but also gave me several tours and an education on the island. The most impressive part of my experience with Thomas was after the sale, he was always available to answer questions and help in any way he could. He helped put me in contact with reliable contractors and even a list of best restaurants and where to shop. I highly recommend using Thomas to anyone looking to purchase property on the Turks and Caicos islands, I normally don't post reviews about anything but the amount of effort Thomas put in to help me was way beyond what I would've expected from any realtor.

Thomas held my hand through the whole process, including establishment of my LTD (via referral to an atty), intros to amazing people on the island who have helped make it feel like home, guidance on cleaners and handymen, what to do and what not to do locally, and continues to help guide me today, a year after we started the process and long after we closed on the condo. He helps keep me grounded when I get fanciful about what property is next, navigates the island for me when I can’t be there, and continues to help build my network there.
